During my Xmas trip, the hotel offered a decent location near key attractions and restaurants. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. However, these perks were not enough to make up for the hotel's worst aspects.
The bathroom was unclean, with a moldy shower and stained sheets. The windows were easily accessible from the hallway, making me feel unsafe.

The hotel is in a good location, being near many places of interest. It offers free Wi-Fi, and the staff is friendly and helpful when needed. Some rooms are cleaned daily, and some beds are very comfortable as well.
Some guests experienced strong-smelling detergent, infrequent hot water, cockroaches from the drains, and poor air quality indoors, with some having headaches upon entering.
